"We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Apts. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.We had to stay am extra night due to sickness and they were great.Breakfast was an amazing spread with home made jams and salads as well as a cooked breakfast of your choice of eggs meats etc.And tea and coffee cookies and fruit anytime you wanted it. Facilities were great with washing machine and drying.Cant recommend them highly enough"

"以五星標準，環境普普通通，在杜尚別明顯有溢價。可能當地國際品牌酒店不多。服務態度很一般，早上航班落地，十點到酒店。前台經理冷冷的公事公辦地説跟我説房間是有的，不過現在入住要額外90美金，聽上去很不舒服。最終寄存行李外出轉轉在回來。出租車到達離開，都沒有人幫忙裝行李。房間兩次停電，保險箱也壞了，雖然都及時派了人來修好，但感覺還是不好"

"This is a beautiful hotel, but I can't agree with the professionalism. The water was out for over three hours yesterday afternoon, and I thought I didn't know how to use the high-end facilities. I couldn't shower or flush the toilet. I called the front desk three times, but they were hesitant and wouldn't tell me the truth. Proper professional management should notify guests before equipment maintenance, not conceal the situation and leave me waiting."
